A leading financial services firm was shifting to CM360 to consolidate its marketing operations, data collection, and media optimization decision making within the GMP stack. But, the transition had to be quick – there were only 30 days remaining before the contract with the previous ad serving partner expired, and the media program was very large with thousands of placements across multiple channels and direct buy partners.

Strategic Guidance: Advised client on parent / child CM360 advertiser configuration to align CM360 account setup with client’s lines of business; Developed comprehensive, cross-channel naming convention; Developed implementation roadmap to guide client’s team through the onboarding process.

Hands-On Technical Support: Set up 5 new child Advertisers underneath Master Floodlight Configuration and Parent Advertiser; Integrated DV360 and CM360; Created 18 new campaigns aligned with client’s media activation strategy. Trafficked hundreds of placements and developed bulk sheet trafficking templates for ongoing use.

Comprehensive Platform Training: Led multiple formal virtual and in-person CM360 trainings; Led 2x/week implementation status calls; Provided ongoing ad hoc email and call support to help troubleshoot & share best practices.
