Napkyn & Google: An Overview
For years, Napkyn positioned itself as a technology-agnostic firm. While we work with all traditional web analytics tools, we have chosen to enter into a formal partnership with Google Analytics. Why?
- Our Customers asked us to: Over 80% of our Analyst Program clients use Google Analytics, and in order to stay at the cutting edge of product capability we needed to get ahead of feature releases and best practices.
- Google is winning in adoption: Google Analytics has moved past being a tool for smaller websites, and is now the most popular web analytics tool for the enterprise as well.
- Google is winning in features: The capabilities of Google Analytics are now at the cutting edge of digital analytics, and starting to move into overall marketing analytics. A well thought out deployment will exceed the capabilities of any other single tool in the measurement marketplace.
So how do we work with Google?
Google Analytics Certified Partner
As a Google Analytics Certified Partner (GACP), Napkyn has proven to Google that we have a high level of understanding of how to setup Google Analytics, and how to take advantage of the data that it provides. As a partner, we have direct access to the Google Analytics partner team. We also have access to the significant assets in the partner resource center, allowing us to stay ahead of new features and processes to better serve our customers.
Google Analytics Premium Reseller
Part of the reason for Google dominance in analytics is the power of their free tool. Almost all features are open for free users. For high traffic websites, and enterprise digital marketing groups there are additional needs that can only be serviced by Google Analytics Premium. More timely unsampled data, access to a Google-backed service level agreement and a much higher level of customization is available to Premium customers.
We’re proud that Google selected us to be in the small group of global resellers of Premium, and that we can offer this cutting edge product to our customers.
